Our organization is entirely dedicated to providing a safe space for women to network, share knowledge, and enhance their education in the pool and spa industry.
Started by pool professionals Kelli Clancy, Janet Reed, and Deb Martin, PGP provides educational courses throughout the country at pool trade shows and expos. We also host women-focused educational seminars, networking events, and hands-on training coordinated with today’s leading manufacturers and suppliers.
